How do you search for Reduced Mana mode on poe/trade, I cant find it at all under the filter :( ?

Search for Increased Maximum Mana, but filter the values to be lower than 0

"Esh's Visage" will cut "increased damage" from second "Nebulis". Still can be an option if chaos damage causes problems or Inquisitor is not right choice

It makes it possible to get the lowest scourge rolls on the voli's + helmet, and still have over 100% reduced mana. (Since it's 30% reduced mana, and not 15% like on the unique gloves.)

Imagine buying overpriced items for this build only to lose your money after the next patch LOL

One of the few cool things to come out of Scourge league and it's clearly not intended.
