Hello, Yes id do, I have 2 at 20%reduced skeleton duration and 1 19%.
The loop start and then stop on me.

Is your cluster jewel running minion life cluster or are you using anomalous summon gem? (need either one)
Is your anomalous minion speed gem at 20% quality?
Do you have armor and chaos res? (both must be zero and -60% unless you have a lot of life to compensate for self damage)

So I am just playing with possible min max here without an omni. Managed to use the new jewels to get to 81% max resists. I will try to get a +1 resist amulet for 82.

You need the anomolous minion speed support. That reduces the duration of the skeletons. Also your top cluster "Behemot joy" is the wrong base. For now it works with one flask but you should change the base.

unnatural instinct works good with omni, here it gives some life and dex, not sure anything else
try secrets of suffering and see how that goes, the interrogation jewel, if its more dps
