Damn, Helical ring base is 70d and the split one is 35d. I don't play the game that much to be able to gamble 50d with 1/3 chance to hit all the mods you want to hit.

Is there any other gear you are adding to the merc specifically? I am loving this build and this will be my main every season now. This is my first time PoE and the progress has been slow but very educational.

" I've stopped using my explody merc because the loss of polymath in 55%+ ranged packsize maps -- along with the other negative mods -- made me way too squishy. The negative mods alone I can handle. In your opinion how viable is this to transition into an int stacking wander? Love the build and have been tinkering with it since the inception when they first introduced cwc, but man sometimes I just wanna tinker with other stuff and not entirely rebuild my gear.
