Hi, i didnt saw that question so i will ask. This build still can do t17, ubers with old setup? I mean without 3rd ring and with utility potions?

I forget what the old utility flasks setup was, if we're not quite at taking the Nameless bloodline.

According to my Settlers' Whispering Ice character, we used Atziri's Promise, Rumi's Concoction and The Wise Oak as far as unique flasks go.

Utilities were Diamond and Corundum, both Doctor's.

Did something change in 3.26, Kelvynn? I skipped that league.
