[3.27] Ice Dancing God - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything
" Thanks for the trade link! The API must be behind, because POB keeps pulling my keepers version of the character and not the standard version even though I have standard selected in POB. I'll have to check the numbers on this later. |

Looking to pick this up for 3.28.
What kind of content does WI excel at? I really want to try to push my play into late endgame, but have limited playtime, so trying to maximize. Does it Delve well? it seems to have all the parts; great leech, freeze, AoE damage. Thanks |

" This is a jack of all trades build. It can do everything. Some things better than others. Also depending on the league (do we have explosions in this league or not?, etc). The most typical job is: farm T16/17/Nightmare maps, get uber boss frags, farm uber bosses. Or sell the expensive frags. My favorite victim: Uber Lycia (Sanctuary map). She drops frags that sell well, and she is very dangerous for most builds, so her map is pretty cheap. ~5 div/hr farm without any special juicing. Sometimes the content is made too hard for most builds, like Phrecia 2.0, and you can REALLY cash in by farming something that's suddenly hard for everybody but still trivial for you: Roflstomping Sirus for 15 div/hr profit. Look for opportunities like this by checking prices on poe.ninja. If Awakener Orbs are suddenly expensive - time to farm Sirus. Non-uber one has the same 20% drop rate for the Orb as the Uber one. And he is trivial for this build. " Delve is easy up to at least 500 depths. [3.22] Delve 500 I haven't been there since 3.22, and our damage is much higher now. However, you can't go infinitely deep. There is a limit to this build's tankiness. I've gone to depth 1000 a couple of times, but that was not easy. Infinite depth builds are very special ones that use very special mechanics and typically require heavy investment (e.g. Mageblood). |
