Will there be an update for 3.24?

Sure, just want all the gems and things added to POB.

Unless there's anything dramatic added, you add the Mastery for auto-trigger mines over the removed one for 5% AoE per mine, and... that's it :)

I may have missed it, but how do you make up for the lack of the boot enchant (crit chance).

What makes you think that's a big deal? You can get a little bit of crit on a dagger, say.

Yeah, nothing much has changed. Perandus Pact is a good new jewel, enchants are gone, Mine Masteries got changed a bit... You might wanna squeeze in Automation-Detonate Mines now.

That said, I feel like after the Poison nerfs the hit-based version is easier to scale for late-game. Poison remains safer due to preventing crits and Temp Chains, but damage takes more gear and effort now.

Hexblast Mines are dead, at long last. All rejoice!

There's still once variant of Hexblast that works with mines, if you *really* insist, but it's dramatically less damage.
