Some aspects is definitely a big smelling chunk of lie.
For example some sh about budget.
Goos luck with thread of hope with massive radius - it doesn't even exist in trade list.
Good luck with finding ANY helm with mana reduction plus adequate ring with "-mana cost". There is trade option ofc, but mana cost of tornado shot with support not even close to "keep it at least 1 mana cost" - its about 30, so even with 2 "-10 manacost" ring you can shoot few seconds. TC prefer to ignore questions about how the f "keep it above 1" can be achieved.
And - surprise-surprise - you get oneshoted. Where the f is "great survival" - I'm struggling to see. Even lvl 5 map minibosses without "-% to all res" can and will oneshot your 87 lvl tornadoer with 109-104-86-38 res.
And there is also those magick with "take precise technique" and then "aim for % crits" later on. What f-g crits with precise technique?
Hydrosphere doesnt even activates with this setup. And so on, and so forth. Contradictions, inaccurate description flat lies. To summarize - scum.
So - no, don't waste your time on "guides" like that in the future. Not from clowns like this one.
hey mate, it seems like you are looking at different iterations of the build. In the PoB make sure you use proper tree and item sets for your progression. You obviously don't want to still use precise technique when you have investment in crits. As for T5 map boss one shotting you at lvl 87, please link your pob so we can try to help.

It's definitely not required and in the past I opted to stay away from leech on this build. I found that it would feel bad in some situations, something not having mana to proc cast when damage taken steelskin or blink arrow.
That being said, I get that it feels better than having to press a mana flask (at least in softcore) so I'll update the guide accordingly in the upcoming weeks before 3.22.

Grab any of the deadeye points, when I made the guide avatar of the slaughter cost less than any deadeye nodes so I didn't think to include an alternative.

i got mana reduced cost from helmet. and -7 mana cost from 2 rings.
mana cost of tornado shot is no where near 1. its like 17 mana.
Am i doing something wrong ?
Are you missing inspiration support?

Good catch! This shouldn't be there. It used to be a different mastery but was patched and I guess PoB changed it to this one without my knowledge. I'll update the PoB but until then you can either allocate the point elsewhere or grab the mastery "enemies cannot block your attacks"

Hey im gonna take a deeper look at this to make sure everything is in order, for now refer to the PoB. The differences should be marginal so don't feel bad if you were following one or the other, but the PoB is always up to date.

Since when Tornado Shot became league start viable? Anything short of mirror investment will feel like shit, and the good bow alone is a mirror at minimum on trade, this is not a leaguestarter lmao. If anything, LA/IS became league start viable because of the broken ass anoint which is going to get removed in the 3.22 along with the budget bow builds.
You can craft a 900 edps bow in under 5 essences, I've used a 600edps bow to get lvl 90 in the gauntlet. You got this.

Do not turn on haste, just use the vaal part of vaal haste. I am sorry I should have clarified that in the video.
