Pretty much Nydhoggr's char pushed it to what is the maximum within a league.

(Do note Adorned most notably has changed since that league.)

Ralakesh = Not such a big deal since we use the Frenzy version, get + max Frenzies from Badge, then PCoC the main links for charge gen.

Losing Inner Conviction blows - but is more than counteracted by the 50% buff. Losing Maven Belt doesn't matter because Mageblood. Losing Malachai's Loop sucks, but you can use a spell damage shield for more tankiness and to recoup some damage back. Some will say Void Battery #2, but you really shouldn't play this build without Shield Charge - and here's why:

The only reason it's worth putting up with the inherent clunk of this build for is that you can cast BBoU, then shield charge multiple screens of monsters to death. What you lack in one-buttoning you make up for by wiping out maps in under a minute on a relative budget.
