You have Ghost Reaver and haven't specced into the Soul Drinker ascendancy yet. You have no other form of leech so Ghost Reaver isn't letting your ES recharge. Spec out of Ghost Reaver until you finish your 4th lab

POB above. I know I need to finish labs and roll flasks and get more jewels, but I basically just finished campaign and did some Chayulas using explosive concoction and switched everything over. It's not generating Frenzy Charges as far as I can tell.

I copied everything from the Tarekis guide as far as I can tell, except I'm using HH instead of Darkness Enthroned as I haven't bought the abyss jewels yet.

I have never played a Flicker Strike build before so maybe I'm just missing something on the mechanics which is making this not work.

Any ideas?

I haven't looked super closely but you have no Multistrike support. That is usually one of the more important supports for Flicker I think.

Edit also no quality on Flicker gem. That's pretty important.

ello again, I forgot unspeccing from ghost reaver after rebuilding my char from rolling mines so that was the issue.

Right now I think the build is in better place but I would appreciate a advice on what direction I should take.

I'm kinda lost, build feels clunky, often losing frenzy charges and dying randomly.

Well for starters grab Deflection and mastery +1% chance to block spell dmg per 5% chance to block attack dmg.

Hey! Would you say this build is viable on a 75D budget?
I’ve seen that EE Resolute Technique is currently around 12-13D.

Been playing around in POB with using the new amulet to use chaos damage instead of lightning. While this wont be the best this league because doryani's merc is ridiculous, might be a contender for the future.

I'm basing loosely on maybe midgameish gear and it definitely has lots of room for improvement. Gear and tree is similar. Dropping lightning and precise technique for more mana and accuracy/crit. Swapping Ephemeral edge for Paradoxica with chaos pen. No stormshroud as I grabbed tempest shield for spell block, so back to brine king for now.

The best feel good part of this build will be a large cluster jewel with unspeakable gifts. This adds 10% explode chance so clear should feel amazing.

As of right now this build will not contend in all content, but should be fun for map blasting. Id like to try and eek out more es, as I think 10k would be the best comfy number, and also I think 4k mana would be the sweet spot as it hits the dark ideation cluster breakpoint.
