" As far as I can see the only change is actually a buff since Blink Arrow of Prismatic Clones now deal 25% more damage with Elemental Arrows. That being said, I want to emphasize that this very build is an ALT build (= only purpose is to complete the campaign fast) and is not meant to be a league starter or budget build (if you plan to use it for 3.24).
