I literally have both versions installed on my ps5 if i log into ps4 version chat works if i log into ps5 version chat doesnt work. I agree it's a weird bug i know some friends ahve same problem and some dont i have no idea whats going on i've tried just about everything i can nothing works.

Same issue here.
Chat is not hidden.
Chat works fine on ps4 version (I did test it in a 2 minute interval).
No Chat at all on ps5 version.

I also have this same issue.
I asked in global if anyone could see my message and to reply via PSN but none did. That could just be a coincidence rather than no one seeing it, though.

Just confirming, I have this issue as well. Divine Supporter on PC (Kickstarter), works fine on PS4 client, PS5 client I see what I say only, no one else. I also only have the "check profile" option, no trade etc.
Is this affecting only players who play on both PC and on PS5?

No it affects me and i've never played pc.
