Can't properly pick up / interact with items

I'm on console and if I don't pick up my loot within a few seconds the option to pick it up dissappear. Also if I drop an item from my inventory I can't pick it back up, please help. I'm playing a race against time to kill mobs when a nice item or skill gem drops.

2026 this bug is still the came, my character is stuck.
HOW to fix it, tried everything in this subject. |

" OK I found fix - I was using spear, and did mark 'always attack without moving' - now I did unthicken it - works. Jesus, i was about to lvl new character :D |
