Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

I am on a 10850k @ 4.8ghz 32gig RAM @ 3600ghz and 3060ti.

I can run butter smooth 120 fps in hideout. When I enter map I instantly lose 30 fps. Now at 90-100 fps I start mapping and killing packs. a pack of 10 mobs explodes and my fps goes from 90-60 fps. Then I kill 2 large packs in quick succession and my fps is at 30. My gpu usage is 97% in this instance. My cpu is at 80-100% on 10 threads.

I have tried EVERYTHING to fix this. Shader cache deleted, game reinstalled, windows reinstalled, drivers updated, rolled back, old drivers installed, Indiana Jones hotfix drivers, Increasing CPU voltage, resetting overclock to default settings, turning off a monitor, playing ion 1080p playing is 720p!

NOTHING WORKS... The in death affects are crazy. The fire orbs that orbit the player suck 15 fps out of my 90 fps in a fully cleared map. Nothing around but me and those fire orbs and I am at 75 fps. Leave map and return and I am at 90-100 fps. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE! The particle effects in this game look amazing but you simple did not test on any other systems. As a result you have a game with a ton of optimization issues and you are being very silent on this.

I am playing endgame content and I cannot get past level 94 because I keep dying to stuff I cannot see. If one player has a 9800x3d and a 4080s and is getting 30 fps in combat in a deli map the issue is NOT or hardware. In isolation you could argue its system settings or bad drivers or windows 10 or windows 11 or a hardware failure. Its not an isolated incident. This post proves it.
