Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

Not sure I am having same, but some instances seems to be having network issues. In campaign I can just open new instance and in most cases it puts me on a server without issues. But when I play maps or trial the network (F1) is going from 17ms to 3000ms back and forth, really unplayable.

That´s just the issue that I experience too, though i haven´t tried yet to reopen another instance
Update:

Issue returned on 1 map

R7 9800X3D
32GB 6000Mhz EXPO profile
5070ti
1gb Fibre internet (Telstra max speed)

Installed new m.2 gen4 7000 read speed
uninstalled steam
installed to new hdd isolated
installed poe 2
reverted all nvidia settings to default (fresh start)

Issue resolved for 22hrs of game play, no spikes, pre loaded shaders before every map (press F1 start of map, continue when you see shaders at 0)

Today i entered a map "Creek" and first spike occured, shader and net maxed to 5000ms.

Found 5 identical other maps (Sandspit) no issue.

Found another "Creek" map issue returned, ran another and no issue.

GGG you have a corrupted shader more than 1 more likely goodluck finding it...explains why its random and not on all maps and why they have not fixed it.

people saying CPU but looking at your screenshots you have a bottleneck issue most likely.

Take it all with a grain of salt, but its not a user issue, its 100% GGG issue.

This is still so bad. Leveled up a new character and performance was ok until I ran my first delirium+breach T15 map. FPS shows as if it's locked at 60 but the game keeps stuttering like there's network lag. However I go and check task manager and I'm barely using any bandwidth.


Edit: Not sure if this will help anyone else. I have two different routers with two different ISPs. The insane stuttering only happens with one of them. I'm using the other one now and don't have the insane stuttering (0.5s pause, 1 second move, 0.5s pause, etc.) Not sure why though. It only happens in maps with breach and delirium. The stuttering reminds me of trying to play POE1 on lockstep when it first came out on a 200ms ping server.

After the new patch 0.3.1.d seems like there is an issue with VRR. at least i know is AMD freesync, if you run the game in Windowed mode, it is fine.
I had problems with PoE2 - network spikes - and I couldn't find a permanent solution. I encountered the same problems with PoE1 after finishing Act 8. I found a way to get rid of the problem immediately - windows control panel / add and remove programs / PoE1 / change / repair. This always fixes my game for a few hours. Please add this feature to the PoE2 standalone client and find out what exactly is causing problems for players with X3D processors. My build AMD7800X3D / RX5600 / etc...
