+30 Spirit not granted (King of the Mists, Gembloom Skull)

Dear GGG,

I'm in Act 3 right now and noticed I'm missing 30 Spirit.
The Quest (Skull which mentions the +30 Spirit) for it in Act1 is greyed out and the King doesn't drop the Gembloom Skull.

Is there something I can do? Is my Char cooked?
Would be sad to leave PoE2 this early...

Same issue. Full cleared the zone twice and still missing the max spirit.

Same issue here. I did not received the Gembloom Skull reward for +30 spirit. Also the boss did not drop the uncut spirit gem. Kindly fix this bug.

I'm having this issue as well.

Same happened to me on PS5. With one character I could get it, but not with the other one. I don''t want to repeat the entire campaign for this. There should be a way to redo the quest or something like that. This item is too important to leave it...

Same here tried it on 2 different characters and even 2 different classes and still the same result no spirit for me...

Same problem . I started a new character because of this bug but I got the same result .

Edit : it's ok i didn't pick up the crane .

i'm in act 1+ no spirit grant after defeat king of the mist


but in act 1 normal i got spirit shard

idk what i'm doing wrong
