+30 Spirit not granted (King of the Mists, Gembloom Skull)

Skull did not drop For me either :( Pretty annoying. Is there a possibility to create an ALT and trade it with my main? Any other ideas?

Same.. It doesnt drop.. tried new instances and no luck.. Will try again o look for solution..
