Guild points donated from guild member are missing PoE 2

Hello guys, so I just had the same problem with a guild member of mine.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!!


Basically the guild leader has to go to this website:

https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild/poe2/guild-transactions

or just navigate to your "My Guild" page in your browser.


You have to accept the transaction there!!!

Restart your game, and you should have the guild points.

I sent 55 guild points earlier today, then spent 35 on a stash tab. We had 20 left and now the 20 are gone. I am the guild leader and none of my guild members spent any points. I also had a member transfer points and the points didn’t show up in the guild points. Please fix, that’s REAL MONEY. PS5 Pro PSN supa_silva. PoE 2 character name Koalani.

Nevermind, accepting on the website worked for me too. Thanks!!! Too bad this can’t be handled in game.

My clan members tried to donate a lot of coins and they haven’t shown up!!!! We are all mad as hell

Same thing happened with our newly made guild. A friend sent 175 points to the guild, which is shown in the messages, but no points are seen even in the stash history. Please help asap.

I had the same issue, and here’s how I solved it.
Yes, the group leader has to accept the donation, but if you can’t see the donation, check this:
1. On the Path of Exile website, verify if your Username matches the one you use on Steam (or other platforms). In my case, they were different—e.g., username#8252 vs. username#6784.
2. When logging into pathofexile.com, choose "Continue with other options" (in my case, the Steam logo).
3. This will lead to combining Accounts.I
4. After merging them, I was able to see the "View Guild Transactions" option on the right side of the page.
5. I accepted the donation, and the problem was solved.

donated 150 points to my guild 4 days ago, my guild leader still didnt receive them, we tried swapping to guild leader back and forth to see if it's gonna work still nothing pls help we want our guild currency stash tab.
