Cannot enter Ziggurat Refuge, thus cannot start mapping after endboss act 6

Same happened. Character is bricked, can't map with it because it tells be to finish campaign. For that i need to talk to doryani but when i do nothing happens. I am already at the final city - CThe Ziggurat Refuge.

Under act 3 'Ziggurat Refuge Past'. You cannot access it from the End Game map.
