POE2 Win11 24H2 Crashes - Constant crashing, >100% CPU usage, and more

Several hardlocking crashes.
Tried every solution i could find, nothing works and the crashes persists, since 31jan, unplayable.

I've been playing for 10 years and have never had crash or performance problems.
Since January POE1 has been crashing consistently every 10-15mins, sometimes instantly on startup and load screen, when I updated my PC to Windows 11 24H2. I will crash in load screens when moving into/out of maps, Kingsmarch, etc,. The game will freeze and lock my entire PC and the only solution is to hard reset my using my power button.

I have no performance or crashing issues in any other games that I play. Today I reset my entire PC, reinstalled every program/driver/chipset, ran and passed 4 phase Memtest86, ran various OCCT stress tests, and have no errors or failures across anything. The problem has to be with the most recent Windows version and the game. I've tried combinations of all kinds of in-game graphics settings and I experience the same crashes in the same exact way no matter what.

GPU: MSI 3080 TI
CPU: AMD 7800X3D

Still no solution? POEUncrasher "fixes" the crashing in POE2 but does not work in POE1, unable to play at all

for those on 13/14th gen intel cpu, on MSI motherboard,if you noticed more crashes after updating bios for 0x12b microcode:

go in bios and change "CPU Lite Load" from [normal] to [intel's default]

that should shave a bunch of crashes. sure did for me.

as i see in the comments 70-80% of ppl with problems are the x3ds and 7000series gpu , basically amd stuff.

i cant express my dissapointment anymore,38 years of owning pcs and being IT and a gamer, its the first time i face this kind of problem,4 techs and people with knowledge cant find the issue,my pc is flawless in every test and every other game,but not in poe2. i give up

I've been able to play for an hour or so, running in and out of 3-4 maps to see if loading screens crash and this program called BES makes the game pa#layable without bricking my laptop

it doesnt run perfectly as it limits the amount of CPU the game can use (I set it to -5%) but it stops crashing, for now.
