Aim Assist is on by default for keyboard and mouse, no way to turn it off

I assumed that this was a Frozen Locus change but aim assist makes sense. After a few dozen tests with a Frozen Locus near enemeies and using Fragmentation Rounds, a stray projectile will sometimes shatter the crystal but its impossible to build around.
