Same problem.
I accidentally dropped Large Soul Core during a trial and now I can't get a new one after killing Zicoatl Warden of the Core. Bug Report ID: #3103875416 |

Im still experiencing this issue (in cruel). It isn't fixed yet? The item disappeared the first time I killed the Zicoatl, Warden of the Core. When I kill it now, the item doesn't spawn and now I'm unable to get the 10% fire resistance from Blackjaw I guess.
