PoE 2 Illuminated Crown Notable BUG

The Illuminated Crown Notable is adding a flat Energy Shield Amount equal to 70% of your Helmets Value, but it is not increased by your % increased Maximum Energy Shield Notes.
If we talk in PoE 1 Terms its not Working as intended and should be looked at.

I have Eldritch Battery and Everlaasting Gaze amulet. My energy shield nor mana did not change when aquiring Illuminated Crown. Having helmet with aroun 120 energy shield.

+1 also with EB and everlasting gaze no shield or mana

same here, no any change for ES

Same here. 295ES on helm and got absolutely no gains.
