I died but omen of Amelioration wasn't consumed making me lose 10% xp

as the title. I lost 10% xp my omen wasn't consumed

Was the omen activated in your inventory? (In poe2 they must be activated by right-clicking them before they will trigger.)


I don't know myself what it looks like in inventory after being activated, so sorry if the screenshot indicates its state (I'm guessing that is its default appearance, based on the wiki).

its mega bugged, happened at least 10 times to me already....

It will happens when you never get into the "low life" area. Going from >30% life to 0 will not trigger it.

+1 Omen of Amerliration and Omen of Resurgence didnt trigger.

Omen of Amelioration still bugged to this date, omen was activated, died to some chaos aoe nuke, omen was never consumed and loss 10% xp. Bug been known since early PoE 2 and still not fixed 4 months later.

Only one Omen can be used per area.

Omens other than the crafting-related ones will count toward this limit of one. Refreshment, Resurgence, Secret Compartments, etc.
