POE2 - Trial of Sekhemas

I'm having the same issue. I was killed as the same time as the boss. I went back to get the item to ascend and nothing. I've tried every method to get the quest item to drop and nothing. Any help would be great!! ty

The Trial of Sekhemas is bugged and I can't start the trial for my first ascendency.
