PoE 2 Bug Report in HC

I have "Resolute Technique" passive skill that says my hits can't be evaded, yet when i encountered an evasive rare, i missed more than i hit with my mace.

Bug

In the temple of Kopec Act 3:

I am at the boss and die, I spawn at the ground floor of the temple instead of the checkpoint next to the boss.
When I try to teleport via the checkpoints I also get teleported to the ground floor.

Guess there might be the false location in the code or something

I just tried to check on what the distilled essences would give toy amulet and i just pressed o in ps5 which is the key that goes back from an action and i lost all three essenses and the amulet...

im also having same problem with crossbow

-Zalmarath Colossus boss fight: I rolled off the edge of the arena multiple times, and once into the air floating above it.
- Viper Nazuatl boss fight: I rolled on top of the shield wall when she was doing her explosive runes, I also rolled through the corner of the shield wall and was stuck on the outside of the shield wall, unable to get back into the fight with her, and unable to damage her from outside.
-2025/1/16 my shockwave totems are acting up after the most recent update, half the time they don't release any shockwaves and just sit there looking pretty

My mtx foorprint is not appearing after the update ( SYNTHESISED FOOTPRINTS EFFECT )

Both my wand and my focus have stopped registering at all. I've gone from 50k DPS to 5k. Same issue when equipping any other wand or focus

Unable to enter in to the Creek map (waystone). First time game just crashed, and after logging in back to the game and tried to enter same map multiple times, game just crashed and shut it off.

I allocate passive "Kite Runner", it suppose to give +3% movement speed but instead it give -3% movement speed. lol

I just tried all allocate passive that gives "Increase movement speed" all became "Decrease" movement speed. Lol

I have been playing for more than 2 hours, and not a single drop has appeared—not even gold or common items. I have killed many different rare minions and bosses, and I have opened chests, but nothing has dropped anything.
