so would you say Rushing to the exit is the best strat?(while keeping speed upkeep through onslaught and flask). as of now if i win 2 runs i lose 2 to deadly blade dancers(this pattern happened twice), would love to reduce losses to a similar rate as yours.

Yeah rushing to exit is always the best strat. By time you will learn where rare/guards spawn and just automatically place totems there to keep onslaught and getting flask charges without thinking.
