Stuck in Channel Ritual

Had this a couple of times too now - also with channel.

Same map, Channel, same apparent reason: terracotta mobs not activating. In addition to the ritual spawning in a very narrow passage - on a bridge / hallway.
Wish there was a way to cancel the ritual or something... |
