Chaos Trial - Not Starting "Operation could not be completed"

I am experiencing the same problem ("Operation cannot be completed") when I try using support gems, but so far this is only affecting my ranger. I just tested it on another character with a support gem I had previously in the bank - possibly found before this became a problem - and it worked normally.

It feels like there was a server side issue which has messed up everything found during the glitch. If this is the case, then I just lost a few support gems, but hopefully that will be the extent of the bug.

Testing further to confirm.

I switched back to the character having the "Operation cannot be completed problem" and discovered that support gems which worked for other characters would not work for this ranger. Whatever happened, the character seems fatally messed up somehow and unplayable.

+1 happened today to me respawning at check point isn't working. Restarting the game doesn't work either. It's as if the instance is staying open after completion/deaths.

same issue for me on PS5. i have tried different approaches, but it doesn’t work at all.

I am currently having the same issue. Where I died and now trying to do the trial again and getting the same error message.
