[POE2] Atlas passive tree bug - Organised Forces does not work

Can confirm that issue still persist in 0.3.1.

It's an issue even if its working as intended, because the description needs to be fixed.

Boss tablets right now clearly say they make a powerful map boss, and the node does not say anything about it not being allowed to come from a tablet.

If they only want the node to work maps with natural icons, that's A. Terrible perk without towers, and B. needs a correct description.
