POE2 Loot is disappearing or cant pick up!!!!!

over 200 hours over three characters and now my main is broken by a bug where the items disappear before I pick them up or they are there and can't be picked up. I dropped an item and can't re-pick that up either. I am playing on PC through Steam but with a PS5 controller. No settings changes, no loot filters, no restarting has fixed the issue. This is ridiculous even for an early access game. I was almost at end game, and I can't pick up loot that is dropped. Broken game and now I have to quit, unless they fix it.

I’m having the same issue on PS5. It seems to be the “Interact” tooltip that’s not appearing, because I can see the item on the ground, and it shows the minimap icon & loot beam. Same issue is happening with Town portals, chests, and breakable objects. Many of those can still be interacted with, but no “press x” or label appears when you are nearby

" There are some options that may be the issue. Go to -> Options -> Game -> General Then there are 2 things to check: -> 1) "Hide filtered ground items" --- make sure this is not checked -> 2)"Key pickup" --- have this set to "disabled" . If it is set to "highlight key", items don't seem to be picked up. If it is set to "bound key" (which is, by default, set to 'Control + Z') then you have to hold Control + Z and then click on the item to pick it up. I am not sure if the options change when you plug your Controller in, but I would immediately check on those 2 boxes. Hopefully this helps solve your problem. I forget if there is a similar box in that section. I will have to try and get a controller plugged in and check it out tomorrow. Is it the loot can not be picked up? If it is I have had this happen 3 times, how I got it to work was port to your home then back again this fixed it but obviously wastes a portal if you are on your last one or two.

Having the same issue on PS5. Was working just fine and then started a new run and no loot. Could see it on the ground, it's highlighted per my loot filter but can not pick it up. Have tried the suggestions and they have not helped.

Started occuring to me today, like 3-4 times already. Playing with Xbox controller.
1. Doesn't matter if I have filter on or off. 2. Doesn't matter if I have "Hide filtered ground items" on or off. 3. Doesn't matter if I have "Key pickup" set to "Disabled", "Use highlight key", "Use bound key (CTRL + Z)". 4. "Toggle label visibility" only hides or shows me the items back again, I still cannot interact with them. This works for items, portal, chests, anything. Just sometimes I can't interact with anything. On one map with rituals, all items were impossible to interact besides one, single Ritual Altar.
