2. CTRL + Click Play. It will ask you if you want to go to town and out of the instance.
3. Start another map.

Continues to be an issue in case GGG is watching.

same just happened to me on a t15 maxed out. tried logging out n back in tried logging in and getting sent back to town n then rejoining map. nothing. even tried dying 1 time n realized cant get back in after dying. i wish i looked here first. lol fix it please

Same issue,

Running a T11 yellow map and the boss get at 50% does not phase. The boss does his abilities. I died once to see if it will unbug the boss,Did not work how ever i did lose exp. I have no way of getting out except login out and wait if i don't want to lose more Exp.

This boss is a known issue since the game is out. PLEASE FIX, it annoying and make people lose a lot of time and exp.

Happened to me aswell TWICE.
T6 Map - Corrupted Nexus
First time I went full damage mode, got him down to 55% hp and he went immortal, I then died to try again.
After reading the comments here I decided to do less damage and took five minutes of carefully and slowly getting his HP down to about 55% again, he ONCE AGAIN went immortal..

Impossible boss.
