Wand dueling wand cancel the possibility of summoning skeleton.


How reproduce the bug :
- grab some minions gems and turn on with any sceptre to fill your spirit (in my case 367 spirit)
- put the dueling wand in left hand and sceptre in right hand u will see exclamation mark on some summonned minions and no buffs/minions provided by gems

only see this bug with dueling wand (for now)

Little edit, i use umbral well so it's normal we don't see any minions on screens, but they don't grant umbral souls buff with dueling wand + sceptre

Bump, please fix this, it's been 10 days.
This cripples some builds, making them mostly non-functional.

wasnt part of 0.3.0c so please guys report this more, you literally cant play with sigil of power weapon swap due to this bug or buy another 40div wand :(

Slotting a spell into the Spellslinger skill seems to have fixed the issue for me.
