POE 2 continuous Lag/stutters on PS5

The next patch doesn't change anything. Frame drops and characters freezing for 10-20 seconds make it impossible to enjoy the game.
I paid support twice because I really like this game, but I feel cheated. You're doing nothing to make the game stable on console. Currently, on a level 93 character, I can't get beyond 20%, not because of a lack of skill, but because of lag and freezes that are killing me. The character moves after 5-10 seconds when I'm already outnumbered. Why aren't you doing anything about this? It's frustrating and unfair to players. This has been a long-standing problem, and nothing is improving. Why? |

" I feel you. I sincerely hope this company gets sued for scamming our money for a product that is not working properly. I recently thought just maybe...maybe its my internet provider that is the issue so i changed to a higher tier plan but despite the upgrade in internet speed, the game is still freezing. Everyone just want to enjoy a product they paid for so i am cool to pay more if the performance is proper however in this case, i suffer more monetary losses yet the shit performance is still not fix. Its F up and this lag only happens when i play POE 2, theres absolutely no such lag when i play other games like diablo or monster hunter. I'm living in Germany and the continuous Lag and stutters are horrible, during some times of the day it works fine, but then is impossible to play, I have tried several other servers and it is the same story..... it is really annoying to try enjoy a game and this situation happens.
Really hope to have an answer as soon as possible, but seeing the complete post I don't think it will come. It is a shame because I was enjoying the season so much. |

Can confirm, the performance of the game is terrible on PS5. It was WAY better at launch. Even during the campaign I had multiple "Paused" stops, and now in T10 maps with Abyss/Breach the game is literally unplayable. I have everything turned to the lowest setting possible and disabled, lowest resolution and I still feel like I am on 10FPS constantly. The loot filter drop sounds have sometimes even a 5 to 10 second lag. Really disappointing.
