No citadel's spawning

i got two chars now - one is 95 one is 90
there is no citadels for me whats going on - dawn of the hunt there was no such a problem with citadels for me |

Same. 93 and 0 citadels.

Same, atlas is swarmed with corrupted nexuses but so far not a single citadel.
Now im just going in way way on that atlas, maybe something will be there, if not, no fragments for me |

I'm estimating here, but I believe I have completed well over 100 maps and revealed a massive amount of the atlas. The sheer amount of towers I used to buff maps is insane.
Guess how many citadels I have found... ZERO. F'ing ZERO!!! While my friend has them almost every single tower he uses to reveal. It is clearly bugged and has been so since 0.1 Why is GGG so afraid of allowing us to play end-game content? Will the world end if we could target farm what we want just like in PoE1? Level 96, 5 days 13 hours played. No citadel, can't see any beams. :(

POE2's atlas system is just a mess. Unlike in the good POE, here we are gambling on the atlas layout, tower and citadel spawns. It's just horrendous amounts of RNG.
Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris.

By far one of the worst parts of the game is trying to find citadels. I have cleared way to many maps and went far away to not see even one.

PS : I just spent six hours running around the maps hoping to find a citadel. I didn't see any. That's not normal. There used to be colored beams (orange, red, and blue). Now I can't see anything anywhere. Could you please fix this bug, because I'm not going to pay 3 x 150 ex to buy fragments so I can fight the boss. And I'm not going to run around randomly for hours anymore! |

I refuse to believe this isn't bugged somehow. Feel free to check my atlas. I have cleared out in so many directions and done all other content in the game. I have yet to find a single citadel. There is 0 chance that they are supposed to be this rare - they were EVERYWHERE in 0.2
