Hammer of Kamasa - Unobtainable

Same bug here. Cleared 3 times. No hammer.

Same happened to me. Im on my alt though, maybe its not needed since i already unlocked reforging? But still, it shouldnt give the quest if I cant finish it.

This bug is still occurring for me in standard. The recent patch actually had notes on this particular bug saying it was related to characters dying on HC transferring to the same standard league.

happend to me just now. RoA season character non HC not a transferred character.

Nice its a wide spread bug then. I cleared it late last night half asleep never even noticed it didnt drop a hammer. Thought it was on of those you just had to kill the boss and port back to town. Saw it still tagged this morning. Thought I was losing my mind. So went back and cleared it again. No hammer.
