Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

Same for me. Tried twice, closed app, made a new instance and nothing is dropping. This is so frustrating.

This issue is happening as of 4:54pm PST on my second character I've progressed this far through the story. My main character did not have this issue whenever I completed it.

Adding my name to the list, killed him on 2 other characters and it dropped no problem, tried my third character today twice and no drop either time. Tried closing out game, closing instance, everything, no luck.

Have tried twice and also not getting this item to drop.

Just killed him myself on my second character. The game tells me to pick up the hammer but it's not there. If i go back to town it tells me to travel to The Molten Vault. As soon as i zone back in. it tells me to pick up the hammer again. My first Character had no issues. Must be after the Patch yesterday.

Same issue for me - reset my instance and tried twice. No drop to loot to progress the quest.
