lvl 95 character and the only time I was able to actually kill this boss was in campaign. This bug has bricked at least 10 of my maps. I've tried everything posted in these reports or on reddit and no matter how i go about it the same outcome, invincible and no phase change.

fkn horse feces...on a map around jade isles too so there goes one chance to farm Rakiata's flow.

Just had the same, on the quest for atlas passives as well otherwise it wouldn't be that annoying.
Think that's enough for me this patch, with the pace of the game already being so slow encountering issues like this and having to "explore" the atlas further just to get the points leaves a bitter taste in ones mouth.
