i have the same issue

Weird. I have almost the same setup - RTX 4060 8gb, Ryzen 5 5500, 32 RAM, but I don't have this issue, game is working pretty well

It probably won't interest anyone anyway.

But it's currently unplayable for me due to Frame Rate rocketing to 3k or Textures not loading .

So I can only choose between the plague and cholera.

It's surely also due to the "everyone can play it for free" Weekend.
