TEXTURES NOT LOADING PoE 2 0.4

Push it to the limit. Still playing the game with that muddy, non-textured style. I can't see what the items look like. It reminds me of a pre-alpha version of PoE 1. I never would have touched a game in this state. But man, I love this game.

Still waiting another day, devs are not communicating anymore.
I don't know for sure since i changed a couple settings, but checking OFF the option to use multiple cores (the one that says we highly recommend to leave on) has fixed this issue maybe, havent seen it since and first couple days had the problem a lot.

Not addressed in patch today. Issue persists.
I am no longer having any problems after reverting and reinstalling the last Nvidia update and restarting my computer. Hope it helps anyone else.

The problem still exists!

I have now tested around a bit. DirectX 12, XeSS, all settings set to low. As long as I stay on under 2.7 Gb VRam, all textures are there. From 2.7 Gb onwards, the ground textures disappear for the most part, but the item textures remain visible. From 2.8 Gb VRam utilization, all textures disappear. This strengthens my assumption that this nonsensical limitation of VRam to 3 Gb under DirectX 12 is the root of the evil. I have 18 Gb VRam on the system side but POE2 is the only game that is fully loaded at 3 Gb. Solve this problem and everyone will be happy!

Same here, although GGG is probs gonna be on holiday vacation soon so chances are fixes/improvements aren't gonna come our way any time in the near future.

I'm also noticing when VRAM reaches 2.8g-3g, the texture issue reappears. It goes away when swapping between Vulkan and DX12, but comes back because VRAM usage goes up over time from around 2.3g immediately after swapping renderers to 2.8g after a few maps/zones.
