Game unexpected disconnection occured

Starting from Act 3, the map keeps disconnecting me (unexpected disconnection occured) whenever i attempt to use a home portal or interacting with a mechanism (e.g. medium core into generator, small core into stone altar). This happens even when I’m outside of Act 3 maps. None of the below work..
- restarting a new instance
- relocating region
- restarting console

ps5 player.

This is happening on PC as well. I cannot finish Temple of Chaos because interacting kicks me out and rerolls the game.

I have the same issue on PC. Act 3, could not progress. Tried for 2 hours troubleshooting. What worked for me was unequipping Barkskin gem.

Able to progress now :)

I have been having the same issue but someone said it was shapeshifter related. I’m gunna try removing barkskin in a bit to see if that works! Thanks whoever mentioned it!

Whoever figured out disabling Barkskin gem is a rock star and a genius. I have beating my head against the wall for the past hour in the Mechinarium and in the Trials of Chaos.
Disabling Barkskin allowed me to interact with soulcores and levers. Thank you!

+1, I am disconnecting while shapeshifting with Barkskin active.

Been having this issue all day and keep getting rolled back loosing all progress and loot and exp., can't get past apex of filth due to this in act 3. Was using the PC standalone launcher and after attempting to play through Steam it is still doing it to me as well there.


Update. After reading about people having issues with Barkskin i did have it on my build and after taking it off it stopped giving me this bug. TY guys.
Avoid using Barkskin until it gets fixed.

The same. I'm unable to proceed to Vaal ruins or Map in atlas getting unexpected disconnection. Only reloading the instance works but I cannot do it with Vaal dungeon and opened map...

+1. I'm a bear druid, but I think the disconnect just happens randomly every 1-10 minutes, PC player.
Edit: This happens today, since the last 2 hours or so.
