Killed Tavakai, Witness Hooded One cure Tavakai and Makoru

I killed Tavakai, quest states witness Hooded One cure Tavakai and Makoru.

Same. I restarted at checkpoint to no avail. Closed game as well. Now I just see Makoru, The hooded One, and Tavakai's markers on mini map, but they aren't in area.

Same thing. Everyone is stationary. On PC.

just had the Same bug on pc

I have the same thing. The reboot of the zone only changed: Before it was "wait for healing..." and nothing happened, now "Find Tavakai", there are dots on the minimap, but there is no one in the area
