Well pretty much what Azure41 said.
So ok you can counter the chaos degeneration per kill with maxed chaos damage + life regen .. but that will leave you with pretty much no life regen and that means less survivability. And all that for what? Life leech that you don't need? DoT Aura that is completly useless in PvE? Or maybe the small Attack speed boost ( 10-15% ) which you can get from 2-3 passive skill points? Yea sure the armour value is nice.. and the attributes are cool too... but the chest has no life and no resists ( other than the implicit mod of the astral plate ) It's just not worth it And about the "huge" damage boost from the death's oath ? Think about it .. where do this huge boost comes from ? The 15% attack speed? The 50 extra strenght? The guy who told you that putting on a Death's Oath gives you 20K+ DPS boost is a shameless liar! The only ways to get 60k+ dps with a facebreaker build are: 1. Don't use Melee Splash... which is... more than terrible... 2.Don't use a shield and use a Quiver and spent the free points ( due to no block ) into attack speed, and possibly run frenzy instead of Infernal Blow... this decision leads to the fact that you will never be able to do ...well pretty much all maps... due to low survivability. So basicly if you want more dps... the only way is to sacrifice survivability... and that's something that i just can't recommend. Ok guys thanks forthe explanation here .
I ll forget that dearh oat 😃 One thing tho , iam 76 with pretty good gear , and iam sitting at only 25k dps un buffed.it goes up 32k with hatred , but iam nowhere near the 40k ++ from OP. |

Well your gems are low level. And the Amulet can have more physical damage.
Appart from that your DPS is stranegly low... can you post a screenshot of your infernal blow ( selfbuffed ) in the character sheet ? "I'm going to show you pain you never knew existed, you're going to see a whole new spectrum of pain!!!!! Like a RAINBOW!"

Well i guess it's the ammulet and the gems ... anythink else is pretty much the same as mine.. so i don't see what else could cause the difference
