Did anyone else notice that when a box says it will drop X number of additional rare items it never drops that many. I think its trying to roll rare flask or currency or something that can't be rare. Bug?

Gems hitting 23q from a vaal orb was a bug? The damn things can ruin items, they should also have strong positive effects, no?
@ Guy a few posts up, when a box says " Will drop 3 more rare items", I never even get 3 rare items either. Anarchy/Onslaught T shirt
