Hello,

Currently, level 85 and am aware that gear is not ready to be this level.

I would love to know what to focus on specifically next for my character listed as: ArcCastingChikTwo

I have looked at the guide parts about gear, and honestly, I am a bit lost. Any specific help would be much appreciated.

Buy Fragility jewels, you have 2 empty slots. Anh's shield is basicly useless without those jewels.
Buy Essence worm ring and put Wrath in it - it gives a lot of damage.
Buy Cerberus Limb sceptre with a good rolls (95-97%+ spell damage, 19-20% cast speed), it's better than your rare sceptre and it's cheap.
Buy Clear mind jewel with good rolls (57%+ spell damage) and turn off Clarity.
Get all the flasks that are recommended in the guide (You need your lightning resistance to be the highest for The wise oak flask).
Change your Goldrim for a rare helmet with life, resistances, and lab enchant (if you can afford it).
Get Stygian vise belt with HP and resistances (and maybe lightning/elemental damage, if you can afford it), extra abyss socket is very powerfull compare to all other belts.
All your other jewelry is bad too, you can find a better ring and amulet (remember, that one ring is gonna be Essence worm, so you need a lot of resistances on your second rare ring).
Get quality on all your arc support gems.

It's probably the cheapest upgrades you can do. Everything else is more expensive and it's too early to think about. Next is gonna be watcher's eye jewel with mana leech and lvl 21 arc gem

this build is just simply god, absolutely loving it :)

although i'm hitting a bit of a cap on gear from what i can see, anybody got any advice on where i should proceed next - having no difficulty with content either just want to keep upgrading :)

i'm thinking maybe utilizing a mark of the shaper with an Elder essence worm

18 ex for elder essence worm? Definitely not worth it.
You can get +1 lvl of socketed gems corrupted inpulsa's for that money and it's a huge damage boost compare to mark of the shaper ring. You'll need another 10ex for lvl 4 empower and other lvl 21 arc support gems(except added lightning damage, you change it for empower), but it's worth it.
You don't have no any source of cold damage in your gear, hypothermia is a lot worse because of that. Conflux ascendancy is not enough to consistantly proc chill effect. Your abyss jewel is pretty bad too since "lightning damage to attacks" doesn't work for spells - you can get a new abyss jewel with +cold damage to spells for hypothermia.

p.s. +armour suffixes on your flasks are pretty worthless (you can read how armour works in wiki) and you can get a perfect 15% penetration wise oak too, it's not that expensive.

thanks for the advice, i actually just chanced my own essence worm - spent 2 ex in attempts so over the moon with that, and threw on a 79/25 shaper - inpulsa with correct colours with good rolls just doesn't exist with +1, current has an additional 17% increased damage on shock compared to the other on market with +1 gems, currently sorting out my abyss jewell now also for hypothermia but can't find ones with ocld dmg + inc effect of shock (online at the moment that is :)


edit: - just got my new abyss jewell, will probs just increase gem levels to 21 now for a bit more deeps

nice, congratz. That's very lucky to chance it :)

You don't really need high roll on increased damage and correct colors on inpulsa's.
You can recolor it with vorici (guaranteed 1r 1b for 15 vaal and 15 chromatic per try, and it's a good chance to get other 4 sockets blue). But it's better to check it in vorici calculator what method to use for recoloring.
+1 socketed gems implicit alone gives you about 20% MORE damage (which is about +100k to your DPS). And 17% increased damage is only 2% more damage.
However, % effect of shock and explosion are important.

p.s. I just checked recoloring chances, it's better to guarantee 1 red with vorici, 4 vaals and 4 chromatic per try. On average you hit 1r 1g 4b in 10 attempts.

What armour microtransactions are you wearing in the videos?

you killed my entire stash but i got my inpulsa, i finally feel worthy XD - any suggestions now? i think it's just my weapon if anything but not sure if worth keeping or going for say a 16% pen one

Question about Power Charges, im doing similar build to this and thinking could the Overcharged node work well?
