The Quality bonus grants Reduced Mana Cost. Works the same as the passives; it reduces the Base Mana cost, before Mana Multipliers from Supports are added (which in turn reduces how much the Mana cost increases due to the Supports). does Concentrated effect + fireball, firstorm or molten shell result more burning damage when they ignite (by critting or chance to ignite)? or must i count with there damage without Concentrated effect when i want to calculate there burn damage? I just noticed some wording and wondered if conc effect is multiplicative with tree area damage? Tree says increased, which with other things means additive but conc effect says more. Also does the increased area damage just fall in with IPD or increase spell damage or is it multiplicative of that?
