Why would you swap out a big damage multiplier for a less damage multiplier?

There is no serious gem you could swap. You will have always much less damage than before. At least from what I got with my tests it would not be worth it.

Well, you CAN but it is not easy. The spectres should survive okay but you need to prepare a bit if you want to do red elder or shaper.

1. Know, the core of this build was meant for mapping, so boss damage is not perfect
2. For bossing have a fully leveled slower projectiles gem in your pocket
3. On add phases have GMP, on pure boss phases slower projectiles in your pledge.
4. Use a manual convocation to pull your spectres out of shaper/elder slams

With those things you can do up to shaper. It will require some training but is doable, did it myself.

why elemental focus + controlled destruction ? added lightning or added cold damage or added chaos damage or even innervate are better then these 2 gems...

This build utilizes Elemental Equilibrium and we use Arc to trigger it and you seem to have selected "Lightning Projectiles" on your Skeletons, which is why you have those gems as a "better" solution on PoB.

But the fire damage is being utilized most as our spectres also give the enemy a neat fire resistance debuff.

Hello! I love the idea behind this build. The only question I have is , is it up to date for 3.6? Cus there were changes this patch with the tree,items, bone helmet neft etc. I would appreciate if you tell me ^^ Cheers

Everything should work as before.
As this build is built up as budget you can still improve it a lot with elder/shaper/synth items. Just don't exchange the weapon or chest.

Hi, the build should work flawlessly.
Keep in mind though, that the Pledge of Hands is now a Legion only weapon and with that a bit rarer to find yourself.

my skeletons do little damage yet, I do not know if it's because of my gems, because I'm still missing something, or because I do not have anything right.

Looks okay. Should be fine for up to t10
You want to upgrade your pledge and then to a vis mortis (5l is better than tabula).
