I alt spammed for the +1 spell gems, landed it on my first fracture, hit it with deafening essences and hit crit as well, I believe i used 2-3. From there I removed whatever mods I did not want using harvest crafts and then multimodded it up.

So probably.. 4 ex total?

What do you think about AoE boosting, anyone use this on maps (instead of conc)?

If you have enough damage, I'd suggest replacing conc for body swap for speed clearing. Just swap in conc for conq/sirus

You can craft CDR on it, max roll is 12% I believe. It just depends on what breakpoint you want to try and get to. I'm currently running 69% CDR with no herald of ash mana reservation rings. Instead I am running buff effect/fire damage. Using crown of the inward eye was a 4.2% dps loss, and less ES compared to my current helm.

How vital are the cluster gems to survival? I haven't rolled them quite yet but I get popped in the first few hits to basically anything. Is there something obvious I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated as I'm a bit lost on how to get more survivability.

Having a super hard time leveling with this build. Any idea? Got killed by Kitava like 40 times before I could finish Act 5 at level 45

This LL version is not for leveling. Use another version till you reach 90+ lvl to respec LL (for example Zizaran's life VD)

Nah, Bodyswap is gameplay changing skill and I don't like it. But awakened aoe looks very strong for me.
