From playing around with curses, I like using Projectile Weakness on normal/magic mobs, but then I use Critical Weakness on Rares and Unique bosses to really bring the pain. Still hoping for a Temporal Chains drop for the utterly dangerous bosses.

There are two other uniques I feel that should be mentioned.
Slitherpinch Gloves and the Wurm's Molt belt. These two uniques provide very nice life/mana leech to help with survivability and mana management. My current lvl 59 Ranger is still using her Slitherpinch gloves until she can reach Mind Drinker notable, then swapping that glove for a regular life/rez/evasion/APS glove. In fact, I think the Slitherpinch Gloves is probably the best starting unique to use paired with the Meginord's Girdle Belt. For Ranger build tips, tactics, and critiques, visit this thread:
