Poll about new Darkness and Wild bundles

Putting attack skins in the bundle might not be ideal since people that do not use the skill that's included feel like they are paying for something that is of no worth for them.

Mmmmmm....make a bundle with infernal weapon effect and I'll consider buying.

Hmm, the "I did not know about the bundles" has a pretty strong inbult confirmation bias. The poll is only answered by people visiting the website, and I would argue the big advertisement on the main page is pretty hard to miss.

The bundles simply had effects I have no interest in.

Put the EK and Hatred skin in a decent bundle and you can have my money! :)

I would consider the darkness bundle, but i don't have any spare points and my current financial situation doesn't allow me to spend any amount of money on anything i don't need badly...

long answer:

I am very glad that GGG offers a free game of such quality. I buy games VERY rarely (and don't play that much). Tried a few other free games that didn't convince/fascinate me but PoE is another league. Once I got an beta-invite, I just couldn't play other games anymore ;)
(The only annoying thing are these 4 tiny stash tabs)

So, I decided to donate some dollars partly because
- I like NZ (although I wasn't been able to visit)
- I like those cute Kiwis
- I need some stash
- GGG really deserves some attention for that game and for beeing responsive

Since I usually don't pay for free things and I already gave some bucks... that's it, basically.
I don't need/want cosmetics, if I'll ever spend some more money it will be stash tabs (or maybe some really cool gimmick like valentines heart or the halloween stuff)

I liked both bundles but honestly I am tight on money right now...its the holiday season and I have no money to spare.... Now if I hade the extra money I would definitey buy one....

I do really like the idea of these bundles though.

Two main reasons i dont like the new bundles:

1 - Skill effects for skills i dont use.

2 - Already have supporter pack weap effect.

I like the idea tho, was sad that i didnt want to buy them hehe.

The only micro transactions that are of interest to me are ones that have an effect (more character slots, more stash) on how I can play the game. The cosmetic effects and pets don't actually do anything that affects my enjoyment of the game.

Since vast, sweeping portions of the game are not social in nature, the aesthetic effects don't even offer the ability to show off. So, yeah, I could spend 100$ on aesthetic effects for my skills and my character, but, if only 4 people ever see it and/or pay attention to, it feels kinda stupid.

It boils back down to the only things I'm really willing to spend money on are the things that you artificially limited in order to sell that do have an effect on gameplay. At that, I'm only even paying for the convenience of those feature because you do indeed allow people to have multiple accounts, so even the stash tabs and character slots that I would be willing to pay for, are only important because otherwise I have to manage multiple accounts to get the same benefit, and face it, multi-box trading to yourself is an annoying length process compared to dump it in stash, log out, log back in.

An aside, Valentia's suggestion of adding practical perks to the bundles is a good idea, but, honestly, if you want more money out of me, just put the premium stash tab bundle on sale, half off and you'd probably get 50$ from me instantly. Although, I'm probably dreaming if I ever expect that to happen :P

TL;DR; Aesthetic effects have no worth to my gameplay experience.
