I really really (really!) doubt that PoE is played by 1.6 million ACTIVE players :) I also browse forums a lot, and I think I can name almost every (active) poster. There are like 20-30 of them. "Path of Exile be a online Action RPG set up in tha dark fantasy ghetto of Wraeclast. Well shiiiit..."

( I bet that the feedback thread about "sexism in PoE" was a part of that decision, seeing people's reactions in there. But I don't usually browse general/classes forums so, there is maybe the same kind of stuff somewhere else also ). SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
